God’s glory says much about Him. It both reveals and conceals Him. It reveals His majesty, His sovereignty, His beauty. When one comes near His presence, one is overwhelmed by His glory. One -no matter celestial or terrestrial- cannot grasp who God is outside of His glory. But His glory is so powerful, so magnificent, one cannot get past it.
But God is a passionately intimate God, and He wants to be known.
